  • We offer a free tier called Puppy for the service. This tier does not require any card details and provides you with access to all the features required to try out the products we offer.

  • The platform subscription is provided by Stripe which supports credit and debit cards.

  • We currently plan to offer a no-strings-attached pricing model which will only support monthly billing, This provides you with the most flexibility offering for the service. We do however plan to allow annual subscriptions on the Custom tier for our larger clients.

  • Of course, we operate on a transparent pricing model with no lock-in, You can simply downgrade your tier to Puppy which is free. If you have already been billed, please contact support after downgrading and we will refund to the amount you have not used.

  • Organisations are billed monthly, Once you have been paid you will find the invoices within the billing history section of the Organisation Settings.

  • We take security very seriously here at Ticket Husky and have opted to integrate with Stripe for our payment services. Stripe will store all of your card details securely as detailed on their website: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe

    All we store within our service is the last 4 digits of the card used, its expiry date and the name on the card to allow administrators of an organisation to easily see what payment method is active and when it will expire.
